BY ACCESSING THE SITE AND USING IT’S SERVICES YOU THE CLIENT (henceforth known as “YOU”) AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STATED BELOW.

Many images and slogans are protected under copyright law. By creating a product on this site you guarantee that any material included in the finished product does not infringe on any copyright or trademarks. Furthermore, you release Lakeshore Photography, Inc. from any and all liabilities resulting from the material included in your product.

Design Terms

By using this site you are agreeing to our Design Terms Policy.

Lakeshore Photography, Inc. is an online photo service.
PAYMENT TYPES:
All orders must be prepaid. Orders paid by credit card will be processed immediately.

Orders are payable by credit card. MasterCard, Visa, & Discover at the time the order is placed.
Vouchers are an option when available.

PRICES AND POLICIES:

All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice. We at Lakeshore Photography, Inc. strive to provide accurate information at all times, we reserve the right to change or correct any information involving prices, policies descriptions, etc. without prior notice.



REMAKE & RETURN PROCEDURES:

Lakeshore Photography, Inc. strives to provide the highest quality products for our customers. If you experience a problem we recommend you contact Customer Service within 10 days of product delivery. Customer Service will go over your needs with you and will explain how to resolve the problem.



ILLEGAL AND OFFENSIVE IMAGES:

It is our legal responsibility to report any submitted material containing sexually explicit images involving minors. Those images, as well as the name of the person submitting the order, will be reported to authorities. Lakeshore Photography, Inc. has the right to reject any inappropriate, obscene or offensive images, even if those images are not considered illegal.



SERVICE TIMES:

Service times are based on working days only and do not include holidays and weekends. Service times may vary for orders of larger size or complex additional services are requested.



PROOFREADING:

We do not provide a proofreading service. You are responsible for ensuring there are no spelling errors or empty photo frames. Please ensure that you proofread your project carefully.



PACKAGING & SHIPPING:

We package your products with care and ship using USPS service. If you require special shipping arrangements please contact us.



The Client shall be responsible for ensuring that the content of any product is correct, this includes artwork or photos supplied by the customer. Each Client is responsible for the final design of their product, as well as for all selections, including style, color, finish, proofreading, and size. Artwork supplied by the customer as print-ready will be treated as such, any errors including typographical and design errors once printed are without any liability on the part of Lakeshore Photography, Inc.
